How a typical contract runs
Free measured survey. Detailed written quotation with itemised line items, programme dates and a payment schedule. Materials ordered and a delivery sequence agreed. Same in-house crew on site for the duration. Daily clean-down. Final walk-through, snag list signed off, sign-off photographs and invoice.
